Getting ready to go
Nurses on a Mission is preparing to make it's 9th medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic. We have a team of 23 gearing up to go. It takes an army to prepare for a trip like this- we are thankful for our local hospital (Good Samaritan Hospital) in Vincennes for providing medicine and supplies. We have some churches and individuals that support our work too. Williams Brothers Pharmacy donates all the vitamins we take to hand out to our Dominican friends. We are most thankful to God Who has been with us on every trip and has done incredible things through our teams. We love the organization we travel with, Foundation for Peace. Our group consists of nurses, student nurses, a physical therapy assistant and a carpenter. We know, as in other years, that we will be blessed more than we bless.
